Coordinating the international clean-up day is a big job. In 2020, a cleaning week was organized in a different way than in previous years, where Faroese cleaned up all over the country – together, but separately. But hard work also pays off. In one week, 1234 people cleaned up 15 tons of waste from the Faroese nature, and some other year the Faroese have taken a whopping 22 tons of waste up in just one day!
